	Pope certainly seized the days at the Dirty South over at Cherokee. The took a solid first place trophy home as well as the following medalists: 1st - Dexter B., Jordan M. 2nd - Patrick A., Scott M. 3rd - Russ C., Brandon Z. 4th - Josh A. 6th - Zander B., Ange J. In addition, Jordan M. went home as an Outstanding Wrestler of the Tournament. GO GREYHOUNDS!

	At their Senior Night as the Junior Varsity soundly defeated the McEachern JV and the Varsity defeated McEachern 57 to 9

Cobb County (Sprayberry)


	Pope performed exceptionally as they had wrestler after wrestler come to the award podium. The end result was that Pope took 1st place at Cobb County for both Varsity and JV. In addition, the following wrestlers placed: 1st - Patrick A., Dexter B. 2nd - Russ C., Jordan M., Josh A. 3rd - Nathan P., Brandon S. 4th - Ange J. 5th - Aaron 6th - Andrew M., Charlie F.

Loganville Tournament


	Pope Varsity continues down victory road as they decisively win at the Loganville tournament. Besides taking 1st place at the tournament, every wrestler from Pope that wrestled at the tournament placed: 1st - Patrick A., Dexter B., Russ C., Nathan P., Jordan M., Ange J. 2nd - Josh A., Bandon S., Charlie F. 3rd - JT, Aaron 4th - Zander B. A special congradulations to Patrick A. who won outstanding wrestler at the tournament.

Regions at Kell


	In a spectacular feat of wrestling and some extremely gruelling and painful matches, Pope Varsity and Junior Varsity brought home the gold as they place all their wrestlers in the top 5. 13 will wrestle at State and 1 will be an alternate. This is an unprecedented achievement for Pope and we are extremely proud of them Well done wrestlers, we look forward to your achievements at State.
